This course is designed to assist you in understanding the expectations of investigation and fact-finding process that MDES uses to make determinations on claimants' unemployment claims.
This course will include lessons on writing techniques, time management skills, controlling the calls, interviewing techniques, understanding 8X, and the "No Issue" process.
After completing the 3 online courses, you will then be required to have one-on-one training on How to Investigate before you be granted the roles required in ReEmployMS to investigate.
To complete this course, you must obtain permission from your supervisor if you are not part of the Benefits department as well as the Chief of Benefits.
