This course is designed to assist you in adjudicating work items that have been investigated. To take this course, you must have completed the online and in-person investigation training and have the SARS roles to investigate.
To complete this course, you must obtain permission from your supervisor if you are not part of the Benefits department as well as the Chief of Benefits.
You will also need to have a password from a Benefits supervisor who has reviewed the required activities to access the exam at the end of the course.
After completing this online course, you will then be required to have one-on-one training on How to Adjudicate.
