This course is designed in assisting you in understanding concepts related to investigations including: Laws & Regulations, writing smoothly flowing reports, and how to determine moving parties in an investigation.
After completing the 3 online courses, you will then be required to have one-on-one training on How to Investigate before you be granted the roles required in ReEmployMS to investigate.
You will also need to have a password from a Benefits supervisor who has reviewed the required activities to access the exam at the end of this course.
To complete this course, you must obtain permission from your supervisor if you are not part of the Benefits department as well as the Chief of Benefits.
