Monthly Required Security Awareness

All MDES staff, temporary staff, and contract employees must complete a monthly User Awareness Training, as part of the requirements placed upon our agency by the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Internal Revenue Service, per our access to Federal Tax Information and SSA Information. 

The training will consist of lessons that will address ways to keep our data safe from unauthorized disclosure. You will receive an email each month when the new course becomes available. You must complete each course within the calendar month after the email notification is received.
